So far I’m happy with the care and services that they are giving my Dad. He is 82!

Our son has been a patient at All Saints Subacute for 2 months. When he arrived, he couldn’t stand, couldn’t talk, hadn’t eaten solid foods and was still on a ventilator! With the right amount of direction and encouragement from all of the disciplines (Occupational, Physical, Respiratory and Speech Therapists, and Nursing and Doctors) we’re happy to say Jason is standing and walking unassisted and eating soft foods. He’s been off of the ventilator for over a week! He’s been visited numerous times per week from the Social Worker, Case Manager, Director of Respiratory and various Doctors , etc. All having positive and encouraging words about his progress which lifts his spirit. There’s no doubt these interactions have aided in his recovery. I also wanted to acknowledge the caring and compassion from the CNA’s. They have been great. Fortunately, Jason has had a rotation of a small number of nurses that are fantastic; so caring, knowledgeable and wonderful. Having the same nurses that know his case has been very helpful. The staff and nurses at the nursing station treat as old friends each morning. This has been comforting and welcoming. The monthly Care Consultations are beneficial for the patient and the family while allowing questions and feedback back. Our family highly recommends All Saints Subacute!

Our dad has been receiving care at this acute care and skilled nursing facility since January. Throughout that time, our family has been by his side every day and deeply involved in his rehabilitation journey. We appreciate the many staff members who have taken the time to get to know our dad and our family. We’ve seen dedicated efforts from the nursing team, physicians, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as the administrative, operations, and facility support teams. Many individual staff members have shown genuine care and compassion. At the same time, much of the continuity in our dad’s care has come from our family’s relentless involvement, advocacy, and attention to detail. We worked closely with the acute care team in the South Building to establish a rehabilitation schedule and requested additional training and communication to help ensure that the skilled nursing team could consistently follow that plan. When everyone was aligned, the difference in our dad’s progress was noticeable. Recovery is a team effort, and every interaction matters. We are grateful for the staff members who have partnered with us in supporting our dad’s recovery and helping him move forward each day.
