Our family has had a loved one at this acute care and skilled nursing facility for over three months, and we’re truly grateful for the care he’s received. The staff has taken the time to get to know not just our dad, but our entire family, which has meant a lot to us. We’ve been by his side every day and very involved in his recovery, and through that, we’ve seen firsthand the dedication from the nursing team, doctors, and therapy staff—physical, occupational, and speech—as well as the administrative and facility teams. When it comes to recovery, every moment matters, and it’s clear that this team understands that. We deeply appreciate the role they’ve played in our dad’s journey.

My sister is a resident of All saints for around 2 years. I am grateful to the staff as they take good care of my sister. I really want to appreciate Jeong , physical therapist and Mary , speech therapist for helping her improve and able eat. Also the nursing staff is always helpful.

I had a very positive experience with this facility. My child was there after the hospital. The entire team demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and dedication to quality of care. From housekeepers for an outstanding job maintaining a clean, safe and well organized environment. The managers are responsive and supportive to me as the primary caregiver to my child. They took time to address all my questions and concerns. The Nurses truly had an exemplary performance. Very attentive, compassionate, and skilled. They know what they do. Nursing supervisors too! Thanks for all the guidance. Overall this facility reflects excellence across all departments, creating a safe, welcoming, and high quality care environment.

When my dad was diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery, our family went through one of the most difficult times of our lives. After the surgery, Kaiser recommended and referred us to All Saints Subacute for my dad’s recovery and rehabilitation—and I am truly grateful they did. All I can say is that the people behind this facility are genuine and really care for people. From the very first day my dad was admitted, we felt the difference. I remember clearly how Desiree and Michael responded to my Dad’s concerns—they took action right away to make sure he was comfortable and properly settled in. There was even a moment when they noticed my dad’s bed wasn’t in good condition, and without hesitation, they removed it and replaced it with a new one. They didn’t just stop there—they personally changed all the linens themselves, making sure everything was clean and comfortable.Their leadership and compassion truly stand out. Every single day, Michael would personally check in and visit my dad in the morning to make sure everything went well the night before. That kind of consistency and genuine concern is something you don’t often see. Having them do that gave our family a deep sense of peace of mind, knowing that our dad was in good hands. During such a stressful and emotional time, that reassurance meant everything to us. We will always be thankful for the care, kindness, and dedication shown by the entire team at All Saints Subacute! Great experience. They did well with taking care my grandfather and I. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable at all times. Staff was always willing to help and always provided excellent service.

Our Ohana father is being transferred out today because the facility is under staffed, and he is getting worse. He was supposed to receive physical therapy each day. Today is his 6th day there and they have not started any therapy. Our own nurse goes there everyday and asked if she could help take him to the bathroom, as he walked before daily. They said No because he is at risk for falling. We called and spoke with the director who said yes, that would be fine and answered all of our questions just right. Still no progress. In fact, No One there has used the physical therapy room in all the days there. When we asked for assistance for him to go to the bathroom, each time they told us that he should go in his pants and that someone would be by to clean him later. Not Acceptable. He has developed a really bad rash, and it’s getting worse. There are 2 others in his room. One doesn’t speak English though she has signaled us to move her lunch tray from her bed for the past few days. Where is everyone there? People were yelling and screaming and being left unattended. Many at this facility cannot speak and have dementia. Their rooms are dark, and the facility has a direct association with Grissom Mortuary. It would have been unconscious able to ignore these direct observations. The lack of care there is not okay. They hire nurse assistants who are overwhelmed and hard to find. Beware!!! We have no personal qualms with any one person. The care there is very poor and not acceptable.This is an establishment that is here to fill their beds at each patient’s expense.

Having been by my mom’s side for the past two years, I’ve watched her navigate in and out of hospitals and various facilities. 20 days. That is the number of days my husband was in the care of All Saints & Rehab Facility after the Anterior & Posterior Lumber Fusion Surgery. Zero! That is the number of negative things I have to say about our time there. Every person we came into contact with, whether it was the people at the front desk, all levels of nursing care, meal staff, administration, physical therapy, occupational therapy, janitorial staff they all went above and beyond in our opinion. It would be impossible for me to mention everyone by name but I hope that each of you know that we appreciate all of you immensely. My father was admitted to this subacute facility a year ago, completely dependent on a ventilator and trach. From the very beginning, the staff showed not just professionalism, but compassion, patience, and dedication beyond anything we expected. They treated my dad like family and supported us every step of the way. Thanks to their incredible care, my dad is now well enough to come home something that felt impossible a year ago. I’m forever grateful for the nurses, respiratory therapists, and everyone else who played a part in his recovery.

All Saints is a great facility and is very clean. All staff members are very friendly and easily approachable. They are always going above and beyond to make sure all of their residents needs are being attended to. I would highly recommend this facility.
